Introduction

Our services & bot, ran by ("VerCord", "We", "Us", "Our") will all be located under the vercord.xyz domain. This is the only domain we will use so please make sure that when using VerCord, you are using our original services. Please take some time to review our Privacy Policy page so you are at a full understanding of how we handle, store, and collect data & information.

Information We Collect

The information we are required to collect insist of information you knowingly provide to us through our bot and other services. We are obligated to collect information to ensure our bot and services can provide the most reliable information for you. We want to keep everything simple so we only worry about collecting information needed to keep everything running and up to date with the most reliable information / data.

Logging

When using our bot or other services, we might log certain information / data needed. All logging will take place via our bot (if you are using our bot) or other services (if you are using our other services). We will not log important information/data in a place that will be at risk or venerable. Keep in mind we don't log all of your data, only what is necessary/needed. Once again, we will only log data needed to keep everything organized.

Storing

Most of the data will be stored for 30 days at max, no data will be stored over the 30 day mark unless required / stated otherwise. We've put this into place to ensure our services continue to produce reliable information and not deal with outdated services. Most data / info we store will serve the purpose of keeping our services running smoothly. We don't worry about storing data that doesn't benefit us or our bot / services.

Use Of Data / Information

We focus on using data / information we've collected to keep everything running smoothly and producing reliable stats / data for everyone. As a verification bot, we handle the big duty of keeping your server safe with verification so have good, up-to-date verification systems and services is a must with all the scams and user bots roaming the platform. We will ONLY use data / information to create the best bot / service we can, we will not use any data / info for suspicious or unneeded purposes.

Personal Information

Personal information we collect can range from your email to legal name. We don't ask / require much personal information but there are times we may ask for some type of personal information. If you are applying for a career, we will most likely ask for your email. If you've donated to us, we will again, most likely collect your email as it's required by our donating site (Ko-fi). Most of the time we will stay away from requesting personal information as it's really not needed depending on the time.

Security Of Your Information

We really focus on keeping your information / data secure and away from risky situations. We will never release information to random applications / 3rd party apps or anyone/anything other than yourself. We know that people can be on the edge about using bots / services that collect information, that's why we thrive to keep all the information / data we collect as safe as possible.

Right To Control Data

You always retain the rights to withhold any data/information in which we’ve collected / stored. If you're ever at the point where you want to withdraw your data / information from our applications / services, you are free to fill out our official "User Data/Information Removal" form here

Changes To Document

We have all rights to edit this document whenever needed without permission from our community. Alongside that, we will ensure everything knows of said changes to the document so everyone is on the same page and doesn't feel left out.
